Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment a charge of 25% of the cost of your appointment will be charged on the day of your missed appointment.
A missed appointment is defined as:
*A no-show.
*Cancelling without a 48 hour notice of the appointment

Terms & Conditions
NO EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
~Due to the nature of our luxury hair care products and extensions, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns.
~Order Accuracy: Please verify your order before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect orders due to customer errors.
~Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at crown@royalcapelli.com with clear photos and order details. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis.
~Refusal of Packages: If a package is refused or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for reshipping costs.
SHIPPING POLICY
~Processing Time:
All orders typically require 3-5 business days to be processed before shipping. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
~Shipping Confirmation:
We ship orders via USPS (Domestic), FedEx and DHL (International) Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your shipment's progress until it arrives at your doorstep.
~Signature Requirement:
For your security, all orders will require a signature at delivery. This policy helps prevent theft and ensures that your package is received safely.
~Lost or Stolen Packages:
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. We recommend checking your tracking information closely and contacting your carrier for assistance if necessary.
~Incorrect Addresses: Orders with incorrect shipping addresses will not be refunded. If returned to us, reshipping fees apply.
